Scenario
"Retrospectives are an important part of our formal knowledge management process. As a KM practitioner, part of my job is to run these sessions, document them, and often to teach project leaders how to run them as well.

Quindi Meeting Companion helps me with all of these tasks. During the meeting, I’m free to focus on the content, confident that all of the details are recorded accurately and that I will be able to find them later. Documenting the meeting is a breeze; I simply polish up the notes by listening to the accompanying audio capture and any other data that was included. As a training vehicle, Quindi is unsurpassed; project leaders can review our facilitation techniques directly from the captured Quindi file."
