Example
Scenario |
|
"We routinely run
project reviews as part of our formal development process. Some
extremely valuable ideas come out of these sessions and these need to
be passed along for follow-up or use by the next generation of team
members on a particular project. As project manager, part of my job is
to run these sessions, extracting maximum value without burning a lot
of time.
Sometimes this kind of review session feels like ‘busy work’ but we
feel it is very important to hold them. One nice aspect of Quindi
Meeting Companion is that it provides us a way to make sure we’ve
captured the full session with very little effort." |
