Quindi Corporation develops and markets collaboration software allowing professionals and organizations to capture spoken information for easy recall and sharing. The company's first product, Quindi Meeting Companion, is used across the enterprise in product development, project management, offshore development, sales, marketing, training and support.

Founded in 1999, Quindi is a privately-held corporation, funded by Technology Associates Management Co., Ltd.; the Band of Angels Fund, L.P.; and a number of private investors, including:

Team and Board of Directors

Quindi's team incorporates extensive experience in engineering, product marketing, business development and technical support. Our engineering team includes talented software developers and researchers with particular expertise in the areas of video analysis and delivery. On the business and marketing fronts, the team includes members with solid entrepreneurial track records and marketing experience at companies such as Sun Microsystems, Raychem, NuvoMedia, and Mentor Graphics.

Pierluigi Zappacosta, Co-founder, Logitech
Mr. Zappacosta is a founder of Logitech, where he served from 1981 to 1998 in various roles including President and CEO. During his tenure, the company grew from a start-up to one of the leading brands in the technology sector. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Laurea in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rome, Italy.

Andrew J.S. Kang, Managing Director, TAMC Ltd.
Mr. Kang is the Managing Director of TAMC Ltd., a venture capital fund headquartered in Plano, TX (
http://www.tamcfund.com). Mr. Kang is the chairman of IntelliEPI and Applied Optoelectronics Inc., and he also serves on the boards of GlobiTech, InnerWireless, Arescom, NPIC. Mr. Kang is also the president of NPIC, a privately-held bio-tech startup. Prior to TAMC, Kang held leadership positions at H&Q Taiwan and was the director-general of Investment Office at Hsinchu Science-based Industrial Park and Ministry of Economic Affairs, both in Taiwan. Mr. Kang received his MSM in management and economics from ADL Management Educational Institute, Cambridge, Massachusetts, and his BA and MA from Soochow University in Taiwan.

Stanley J.  Rosenschein, Founder & CEO
Stan Rosenschein, Ph.D. has over two decades of experience in technical innovation, executive-level management, and entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to founding Quindi, Stan was the founder and CEO of Teleos Research, which was acquired by Autodesk in 1996. He then served as General Manager and Chief Scientist in Autodesk's Advanced Products Group. Prior to Teleos, Stan served as the Director of Artificial Intelligence Center at SRI International and as a Consulting Professor of Computer Science at Stanford University. Stan holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a Ph.D. from University of Pennsylvania.
