• Pentium III CPU or faster
• 256 MB RAM
• Sound card
• Video card: 24-bit color, 1024x768 resolution, or better
• 10 MB free disk space, for base software
• Additional disk storage for captured meetings:
• Audio and video: 40-50 MB per hour
• Storyboard images with audio: 10-12 MB per hour
• Audio and data only: 8-10 MB per hour

Optional

• External microphone for enhanced audio quality
• USB webcam for capturing video and/or audio
• Telephone recording adapter for capturing teleconferences

Software Requirements

• Windows XP Professional or Windows 2000
• [DirectX 8.1 or newer is required for Windows 2000]

Supplied Components

• CD-ROM and/or web access to Quindi Meeting Companion software

Capture Formats

• Single ".qmd" file containing audio, data and/or video
• Export as HTML web page with audio, video, images and notes
• Export components as individual files in standard formats, e.g. .rtf, .bmp, .wmv, .wma
